Hey 205 people , we had alrdy decide to have a BBQ party at Elvan's condo . Here's the details :

Fee: $12 per person
No of pit: 3
Date: 27 Nov (Thursday)
Time: 6 to 10PM ( are allowed to stay if u wan)
Those who are going are to pay 10 bucks on 7 Nov , Pass it to either Kenneth or Alan

& There will be a short meeting on 7 nov , 2.45 p.m , to re-confirm everything . Is optional anyway , but if you think that you are a part of 205 , the best is to come , i dont wish that on the BBQ day , those who dint come for the meeting , dont like our arrangement & stuffs :D

Those who cant come , we're really sorry , we had alrdy change the dates alot of times till we come out w/ this decision that is on 27 nov , we need to accommodate w/ Ms Siti & Mrs Walcott , so yah .
